This site is written guides and client side calculators. There is no account, no login, and no server that receives your numbers. That removes most of what a privacy policy usually has to explain.

The calculators

Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. Income, savings, spending and balances are typed into the page, used by a few kilobytes of JavaScript on that page, and discarded when you close the tab. Nothing is submitted, nothing is stored, and nothing is logged. A calculator keeps working with the network switched off once the page has loaded, which is the simplest proof of the claim.

What we collect

Anonymous, aggregated traffic statistics: which pages were viewed, roughly which country, and whether the device was a phone or a desktop. We use it to decide which guides deserve expanding. No advertising profile is built from it, and it is neither sold nor shared.

If you join the list for the printable pack we store that address to send you the one email we promised, and nothing else. One click unsubscribes you and deletes it.

Cookies

No advertising or tracking cookies are set by this site. If analytics are enabled here they run in aggregate, without cross site tracking.

The app is separate

The Kakeibo app has its own privacy policy covering how your financial entries are stored, available on its App Store listing and at momentumlab.ai/privacy. Anything you do inside the app is governed by that policy rather than by this page.
